Zip line or Canopy tour:
Get your heart pounding by taking a zip line ride through the Cloud forest canopy.
Among the dozens of options, definitely the best is zip line, where you’ll whizz along 1.7 miles of cables slung between towering trees.
To get to the zip line, you’ll ride the Sky Tram which offers a panoramic views of Monteverde hills and Nicoya gulf. There are currently ten zip line cables and they range in height from 40 meters to 100 meters and in lengtho from 100 meters to 750 meters.

- Minimum age to do zip line are 5 years old
- This tour require moderate physical conditions.
- Pregnance womans can’t do this tour.
- Infants age 3 to 4 years old can do only aerial tram and sky walk only
- Children’s age 5 to 17 years old pay
- Adults age 18 years old and up pay as adult
Hanging Bridges Walk
Walk around 3 kilometers (2 Miles) above the tree-tops or canopy trees in 5 different suspension bridges as well on the trails. It allow a vision of the forest from a different perspective which start with a walk on the ground taking you up to explore the treetops, a hardly discovered habitat call the canopy with a Naturalist guide certified trough Costarrican Tourism Chamber.
Tour duration: 1.5 hours.
Aerial Tram or Gondolas
The slow-paced Sky Tram gondolas soar smoothly through the cloud forest, offering up endless views during their mountainous ascent.
Accompanied by a bilingual guide, tour takers will be able to stop the tram at any point, a feature that allows for magnificent, one-of-a-kind photographs to be captured and tropical birds to be spotted.
The Sky Tram ends in a wide observation area on the highest point of the Monteverde forest, also call the Continental Device of waters (The mountain range that divides the waters that goes to the Atlantic or the Pacific).
You may stay as long as you wish on this area admiring the Nicoya gulf, Arenal volcano, the lake, the mountain range and the cloud forest.
This tour generally last in 20 minutes.

Price rates are range from january 1st 2025 to December 15, 2026.
Start from $300 per person with minimum of 4 adults.
Children’s ( 5 -17 years old) pay $240 per person
Infants (3 – 4 years old) pay $160 per person
Cancellation Policies
- If client cancel the tour 48 hours in advance get 50% money refund.
- If client cancel the tour 24 hours in advance money are not refund.
