Tour description
The Palo Verde National Park on the banks of the Rio Tempisque is one of the best wildlife and bird-watching spots in Costa Rica with around 15 different habitats thus being one of Costa Rica’s most biological diverse sites. You can spots monkeys, egrets, herons, iguanas, bats, hawks and others.
Boat Tour:
Take a boat ride shade by roof surrounding brackish water into Tempisque river which has the largest concentration of crocodiles in our country. Also are one of Central Americas largest concentration of aquatic birds and is the most important migratory bird site of the Mesoamerican Pacific.
Tour duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
After the boat tour we are ready to have a delicious lunch typical costarrican plate cooking by wood ovens.
At the end of the lunch you can check how a local artisan make a demonstration of ceramic pottery.
You can buy some pieces of ceramic and is allow to take it on the airport.

Tour Pricing
Price rates are range from january 1st 2025 to December 15, 2026.
From $180 per person with a minimum of 2 adults.
Children’s from 4 -10 years old pay: $140
Cancellation Policies
- If client cancel the tour 48 hours in advance get 50% money refund.
- If client cancel the tour 24 hours in advance money are not refund.
