Tour description
An adventurous hike in Tenorio Volcano National Park to see one of Costa Rica’s most famous natural wonders Rio Celeste waterfall known for its divine hue of turquoise (Is not a swimming waterfall).
We hike inside he trails of the national park Tenorio surrounding the volcano of the same name. National park duration: 1 hour and 45 minutes.
After waterfall hiking we are ready to drive 20 minutes to get to the sloths observatory. Small scale family run ecotourism project set on an organic farm, located in the northern rainforests of Costa Rica.
Over the past 10 years we have converted our land into an eco-paradise, producing ornamental and medicinal plants organically, as well as vegetables, fruits and herbs among other produce, beauty gardens and lush vegetation as: bromeliads, mosses, lichens, orchids, heliconias. Through our work we have created a heaven for birds and animals including hummingbirds & toucans, sloths, frogs, lizard thes, mammals like two toad sloths, three toad sloths, monkeys, skunk, bats. Amphibians like red eye frog, dart frogs, toads. Ecofarm have small butterfly garden
Hike is around 1 hour with local expert guides.

Price rates are range from january 1st 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Start from $180 per person with minimum of 2 adults.
Cancellation polities:
- If client cancel the tour 48 hours prior the date of activity are refund 50% of the total cost tour.
- If client cancel the tour less than 24 hours prior the date of activity money are not refund.
- Minimum of persons to operate this tour are: 2 persons adults.
