Tour description
Vandara is located on the outskirts of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano in the Guanacaste Province. We are between 400 and 1200 meters above sea level, bordering the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. We offer to our visitor’s extensive areas of private reserve forest that borders the forest of the national park.
Canopy Tour or Zip Line
This canopy tour is comprised of 11 platforms y and 10 stations of varying heights. From your unique vantage point you will be able to see colorful landscapes swish by below you as you cross over the Tizate River.

Horseback Riding Tour
You will ride through lush trails rich with wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled and try to spot deer, armadillos, raccoons, anteaters and tropical birds. One you reach the top of the mountain your eyes will feat on breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Waterslide
Enjoy a refreshing experience sliding down through the longest mountain water slide; a quarter mile of pure adventure and excitement in the middle of the Tropical Forest.

Cultural Tour Demostration:
Taste fresh sugar cane juice, corn bread snacks, coffee cup.
Guide explain sugar cane process where an Oxen spinning the mill to roll press cane stalks and extract fresh juice. As well coffee production, history and process to try an exquisite coffee

Hot Springs & Mud Bath
If your muscles are tense and your mind is worried, we have the perfect solution! Indulge in a mineral rich volcanic mud bath or wade in the hot springs until your worries are nothing but a memory. You will be able to soak up all the beauty that surrounds Tizate river while soaking in a 47°C naturally heated pool.

Tour Pricing
Price rates are range from january 1st 2025 to December 15, 2026.
Start from $250 per person with minimum of 2 adults.
Children’s from 4 -10 years old pay: $160
Cancellation Policies
- If client cancel the tour 48 hours prior the date of activity are refund 50% of the total cost tour.
- If client cancel the tour less than 24 hours prior the date of activity money are not refund.
Payment Option
We send bank link payment method trough Tour Operator by email to prepay safe any activity. Payment balance be settled 3 day prior the session. (Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted).
